Dear Shawn,
Your Vegas one was extremely fruitful for me. If I want to add/change something, I would like to see the following:
1. During the “ask an expert session”, a flyer with name of all experts with their expertise and table numbers[tables need to be marked] on each table.
2. Also most affiliates are one man show. So that they do not miss the parallel sessions completely, you can start an “affiliate buddy system” during the registration. The buddies can update each other about missed sessions.
