Submissions still open for high quality domains

Moniker is still accepting premium quality domains. You may submit up to 10 for consideration. Submissions should follow these guidelines:

• DO set your reserve as low possible. This is critical — domains with unrealistic reserves will not be selected.
• DON’T submit .com domains containing more than four words
• DON’T submit .net, .org, .info or .biz domains containing more than three words
• DON’T submit .mobi or any country code domains containing more than two words
• DON’T submit names with hyphens
• DO tell us if the key words in your domain represent any foreign languages
• DO be sure to submit your domains only once. (If duplicates have conflicting reserves, Moniker will select the lower reserve as the official entry)
• DON’T submit any obvious trademark domains. (Example: MicrosoftSoftware.com would not be accepted)
• DON’T submit misspellings unless they are single-word domains. (Note: Please indicate in comments if the domain is a misspelling)

Submit domains for consideration now. Deadline - January 9, 2008.

Tens of thousands domains have already been submitted for consideration to the upcoming auction. The Moniker team is currently evaluating all of these to select only the best 2,000 domains for the Online Domain Auction. From those, just 200-250 of the highest quality premium domains available on the market will be offered for bidding in the Live Auction.

1. REGISTER FOR AFFILIATE SUMMIT. As a registered attendee of Affiliate Summit, you’ll be entitled to full access to bid in both the Live and Online Domain Auctions. At the conference, you’ll receive a special password for exclusive access to the Interactive Auction Inventory System and Online Auction platform.

2. GET A HEAD START. Thousands of domains will be available for auction. Start your research early. The Auction Inventory will be available at Moniker.com starting in early February. You’ll want to research the terms you’re interested in to see which suit your brand or product strategy best. Other research and considerations you may wish to evaluate:
   • Monthly visitors
   • Keyword strength
   • Length of time the domain has been registered
   • Alexa rankings and other third-party stats
   • Appraised value

3. LINE UP FINANCING IN ADVANCE. Don’t let cash flow stop you from getting the domain you need for your business. Our partners at Domain Capital are currently accepting financing applications for up to 60% of the purchase price. This will help leverage your purchasing power to buy more names or names of higher quality. Normal credit criteria and collateral documentation will apply. 4. RSVP FOR THE LIVE AUCTION ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25. If you are attending Affiliate Summit and would like to bid in the Live Domain Auction, please RSVP now so we can prepare a bidder number and paddle for you in advance. You may also register for the auction on-site. However, by pre-registering now, you can get express check-in at the auction door.

5. LOG ON TO THE ONLINE AUCTION. Once you are registered as an Affiliate Summit attendee, you can visit http://silentauction.moniker.com starting Monday, February 25, to bid in the Online Domain Auction.
