It has come to my attention that some miscreants are hassling folks that are trying to sell their passes for Affiliate Summit 2006 at a rate higher than face value.
I just want to be very clear that it is fine with the organizers of the conference that tickets are sold at a higher rate than what they went for before selling out.
We’re fans of capitalism, and if people had the foresight to buy extra passes when they were plentiful, I say God bless them. They took a risk, especially with the capacity of the conference being nearly doubled from the previous show.
Now it’s time for their reward.
Tickets were available at face value for months for anybody who wished to purchase them. So don’t lash out at the people that had their act together. Look in the mirror for the person to blame for not getting a ticket sooner.
One thing to be wary about is the prospect of somebody trying to sell tickets they do not have in their possession. If you are thinking about buying a ticket from an auction, contact us at registration@affiliatesummit.com to verify that it’s a real pass that can be transferred to you.
